Sarah holds a BA from Georgetown University and an MSW from New York University. She completed her field placements at Lenox Hill Hospital’s Outpatient Mental Health Center and Hospital for Special Surgery. Sarah is one of just ten DBT-LBC certified clinicians in the state of CT through the Linehan Institute and uniquely A-CBT-certified through the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. She is also trained in SPACE, an intervention that focuses on behavior modification by reducing parental accommodations for children with anxiety. Sarah completed an intensive training program in psychodynamic psychoanalysis (IPPP) through the William Alanson White Institute in NYC in 2018. Raised in Greenwich, Sarah has an intimate understanding of the social and cultural topography of Fairfield County. She lives in Riverside with her husband and son.
